Ulster Scottish Pipe Band Traces Its Beginnings to Philadelphia in 1922, When It Was Founded as the Philadelphia Ulster Pipe Band.
Updated
Ulster Scottish Pipe Band is a competitive pipe band based in the Philadelphia area of Pennsylvania. John A. Hall, Sr. founded it in 1922 as the Philadelphia Ulster Pipe Band after immigrating from Northern Ireland.
